J.J Fabian’s upcoming piece, “Speak to me Softly” is a string quintet that delves into Fabian’s personal relationship with his mom and the emotions associated to his mom that are felt by the composer. Themes of joy, anger, sorrow, pain, and acceptance are explored as we are taking through the emotional journey inside the mind of the composer. This debut piece dives into older traditional sounds while also going into newer contemporary sounds, becoming a perfect fusion of modern classical music.
